Jsh for Model Number FEF366BCC I have an electric Frigidaire range purchased in 2003 Model FEF366BCC. Some times the oven will heat up and sometimes it will not. Broiler works, but the heating element at the bottom sometimes fails to get hot. We tested the adjust oven temperature and it read zero. We replaced the heating element but that has not fixed the issue.
