Janet for Model Number PLEB30S9DCA My oven is not heating nor my broiler. They both went out at the same time. However, everything else works; with exception of the cleaning cycle it lock the door & starts to look like it is going to turn on, but doesn't clean. Will this be the circuit board or a temp prob??
Answer Hello Janet. You need to test all the thermal cut outs on the unit to see if one is bad and causing the issue. If not, you will need to make sure there is 240 volts to it. If all is good, replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
