Bob for Model Number PLEB30S9DCA Oven control board display seems normal, keypad functions and clicks are heard, but no heat. Voltage is available on one side (L1) of BAKE and BROIL elements when controls set "on", but cannot get L2 through Range Clock Control - 316418720 "K4" contact. No continuity when checked with ohmmeter (wires removed). There is continuity through "Safety Thermostat", and power passes through it. If I remove wires "BR-6" and "R-6" from the "K4" contact and jumper them together, then turn on from keypad, the requested heater element comes hot with full 240V. "K4" contact just isn't closing. Is there some control logic stopping it, or is it simply a bad output relay on the control board and the whole board must be replaced? Thanks!
