John H for Model Number PLES389ECC My Broiler element is not working. I checked voltage coming out of this "clock/timer board" on the two pins that are associated with the broiler element. it reads 0 VAC. When i check the voltage for the Heating element(bottom) I read 240VAC. Would this mean that my "Clock/timer board" is broken. I did not measure continutiy accross the element, because even if the element was bad, i should still read 250 vac supply to it.
Answer Hello John. Yes, if no power is coming from the clock, and there is only 120 VAC to the broil and 240 to the bake, you will need to replace the clock 316418735. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 28, 2011
