Matt for Model Number CPLES399EC Hi there, I am getting an error code F13 any time I try to use the broiler, the only way to reset it is to turn the breaker off/on. Everything else works, but I can't broil. It sounds like I may have to replace the EOC/clock, but before I do that expensive change, I am wondering if you have any ideas?
Answer Hello Matt. A F13 code on your model typically means that the electronic control is faulty. One thing you can try is Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power.
