Hugh for Model Number PLES389ECE We recently had the dual control element (Part Number: AP3873639) thread break and the control fell into the backguard. It is the inside right side. As it broke the the control for the oven went out. I replaced the dual control element and all four burners are working but the timer/oven is not lighting up. Did we short something? I noticed there is a switch like device with purple wires and a red knob that may have been knocked when the controller fell in. Do you have any suggestions?
