Mike for Model Number GLES389FBB My frigidare range has no oven or broiler heat f30 error. I replaced temp probe as called for and still get f30. The display is lit but only some buttons work. Clock button does not work, bake or broil do nothing as well but if I hit any of the clean buttons it starts and indicates 2 hr cycle. This only runs for about 15 to 30 seconds and quits with display going blank. Is this the EOC control? Cooktop works fine.
Answer Hi. Remove the 15 pin ohms or more than connection at the back of the electronic control. Ohm the plug wires at pin # 14 and 15 and if the resistance is less then 800 ohms or more then 3000 ohms, replace the sensor part # 316217002. If not then check all the wire connections from to the clock to the sensor. If all these are tight and good (not opened or shorted) then replace the clock part # 316418735. Thank you. Read More...
