Tony for Model Number 79092204014 My Kenmore stove model number 790.92204014 would not bake, but would broil. I check out the control board and the bake terminal on the board was black and burned out. I replaced the board and 3 months later, the same thing has happened. What could be causing the problem?
Answer Hello Tony, You need to chase the wiring harness and make sure there are no shorts to ground. If none are located, you should verify 240Vac to the unit. If there are no shorts and the proper voltage is supplied from the breaker box, verify the correct element 316407501 has been installed in the unit.
