Hello Willis. To change it from celsius to fahrenheit you will need to follow the steps. 1. Press the broil button until "--" appears in the display. 2. Press and hold the up arrow key until "HI" appears in the display. 3. Press and hold the broil button until "F" or "C" appears in the display. 4. Press the up or down arrow key to change from "C" to "F" or "F" to "C". Press any control pad to return to normal operating mode. Thanks!
