Louise for Model Number PGLEF385EC6 Our stove displayed the F10 code and alarm sounded while operating on Conv Bake at 400'F. Unplugged from wall and left to cool off (was very very hot ) Appliance guy cam to look and fiddled with the back of the oven and said it "SHOULD BE OK" but if the code reemerged it would need a new control board (said the sensor was fine). Then charged me $270 bucks for "resetting EOC" Oven "noises" no longer work. eg TIMER counts down and no "beep", Oven at reaching temp, no "beep", push any button, no "beep". Assuming it F10's again, i will get no warning beep! Is the stove danergous? should the EOC be repalced anyway? If so, how much is it?
Answer Louise, With the symptoms stated, this issue would most likely be caused by a faulty EOC. The part number is 316418760. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, June 20, 2016
