Lisa H for Model Number GLGf386DCG I am getting the f13 error and sounds like issue is control panel. Is this same as clock panel? I was thinking of doing repair myself as it looked like it was fairly straightforward - remove back panel, mark all wires to ensure properly connecting on new unit. Can you advise if this sounds like correct part? Is there a certain order you need to hook the wires up? Thanks much.
Answer Hello Lisa, The F13 error code indicates a shorted keypad. If you disconnect power for 30 second then reapply, if the fault returns upon power up then you need to replace the EOC. This would be the clock/timer 316557206 for unit. When you install you just want to take one wire off and put on new one that way there is no confusion on how they are connected. Read More...
