Michael, With the F11 error code, this will be a shorted keypad which means that the clock assembly will need to be replaced. The part number for the clock assembly is 316557206.

Hi - The other night right after using my gas oven, I noticed that the display was gone. I removed the back of the unit and did not see any visible issue. After reading posts on your site, I am wondering if it is the control module that needs to be replaced. My Frigidaire oven has the smaller bottom/"dual" oven feature as well, and that is not working either. Because it is gas, my burners are, of course, working. Can you help me to diagnose this? I would rather do this myself and not contact a repair person. Thank you! Lori

Hello Lisa, The F13 error code indicates a shorted keypad. If you disconnect power for 30 second then reapply, if the fault returns upon power up then you need to replace the EOC. This would be the clock/timer 316557206 for unit. When you install you just want to take one wire off and put on new one that way there is no confusion on how they are connected.

My oven doesn't always ignite right a away when I intend to bake, often I can see a light coming from the bottom of the oven, but without heat, or very very little heat. After about 10 minutes I smell gas, then it POOFS and ignites. Sometimes it takes up to 30-40 to light or even to smell any gas. I've thoroughly cleaned the oven, and still have this problem, sometimes it happens midway into baking when it needs to reheat, and the kitchen fills with gas. I feel it may be the controller, we are on our second one in 5 or so years.

Hello Sheri, The most common failure on these is the ignitor 5304534663. It has to pull 3.2 to 3.6 amps to be able to open the gas valve so it can start. If it draws the proper current, replace the gas valve 316404900.

Hello Jim. Make sure the power burner is not wet with moisture. If there is power coming to the control board and it does not work, you will need to order and replace the control. If the burner is clean and is dry and wont spark, you will need to order and replace the spark module on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

I just bought a used stove but the clock (oven control) doesn't work. When the stove is connected to the power the clock appears as an incomplete zero and does not show any letter that indicates an error. Another thing is that the preheat light is on (light is very bright) and the oven and door lock indicator lights seem like they are on but the light is too dim to determine if on or off. Speed bake lens is also missing. What could be the problem? Can you help or give me advice on what the problem might be or instuctions on trouble shooting to determine what the problem is? Thank You.
