Hi Scott. Make sure the water valve inlet screens are not clogged to s down cold fill. Water valve part # 134371220. Do you see an over soaped condition that lets the units pump cavitate? If so then fill with cold water only and advance to the drain cycle over and over to get rid of excessive soap. Its nearly impossible but doable effort to remove the back and remove the pump inlet hose and make sure it is not full of debris. If the pump impeller spins loose on the shaft then replace it with part # 137221600.Throw in a few towels/ no soap / then start on a regular wash cycle. If you see suds then do as explained before. It will be advantageous to find the supplied tech sheet inside the cabinet to aid you in the diagnosis. It allows you to put the unit in a diagnostic mode which brings up fault codes and tells you which circuit needs assistance. Thank You.
