Vu H. for Model Number FAQE7073KA0 I got this dryer and it wasn't heating when running. I bought the heating element from you guys earlier and installed it, seems to gives out heat now, however I still got the spinning digital dial at time LED window. I tried running it with Timed Dry option 1st, it went from 15 minutes to 7 minutes fine, no spinning digital dial at LED window, but when tried with Heavy load option with High heat, it went from 55 minutes down to about 50 minutes then it starts the spinning LED digital dial, circling continuously, like it's not able to keep up with the timer or something. Which likely, will cause it to run constantly for hours without stopping like it did before replacing the heating element. Thanks
Answer Hello Vu, This sounds like there is a ducting issue in the home ducting. You should make sure is is not too long and/or complicated and that it is not crimped, clogged, or otherwise restricted since this will cause both long dry times and will trap heat in the units' cabinet, causing what appears to be heating issues when no heating issues actually exist.
