Jay for Model Number Frigidaire LFFH21F7HWA I have an upright freezer Frigidaire LFFH21F7HWA that kept running and not cooling, repair guy came and charge Freon. Worked very well but compressor kept running and not cutting off when freezer temp reached the level set. Replaced electronic board twice, the thermostat, the Thermistor and the Run capacitor. Nothing worked. Door seals are perfect. I could not find an answer to a similar problem everywhere I looked.
Answer Hello Jay, likely the sealed system is just barely able to maintain temperature so the control is running the compressor non stop. If the leak in the system was no found and repaired and then recharged it is still leaking and the freezer is no longer considered reliable. Read More...
