Seth for Model Number FFSS2614QS6A I got this fridge new this morning. The puresource3 filter that was in the unit will not lock into place. Ive tried turning off the ice maker, turning off the fridge, turning off the water and holding the filter in while pushing the water button to relieve pressure and it will not lock in. Ive checked and it has no caps on the filter. It will push all the way in and nothing happens.
