Robert, Either the water tank 242220510 is frozen or the water line in the door is frozen. If you have noticed items on the top shelf freezing the problem could be the damper staying open allowing the refrigerator side to get too cold. The water tank will be behind the lower drawers on the refrigerator side.

Addy, The part number for the filter is EPTWFU01 and the manufacturer does not list screws for the filter housing. The filter will just turn in and out and the screws that would be for the housing should be a 1/4" hexhead screw.

David, It would most likely not be with the filters that are causing this unless one of the seals on the filter is twisted and not seated properly. This would be more likely the filter head that is faulty.

Ross, There are different things that can cause slower water flow. Just because the unit is making ice properly does not mean that the filter is not clogged, or that there is a possible filter head that is causing the issue to occur. The icemaker uses less water than the dispenser does and does not need as high of a rate of flow. Depending on the hardness of water you may have in your home, it could cause the filter to get clogged more readily. If you put a new filter in place and the water flows properly then this would be the most likely issue is that minerals in the water are clogged the filter.

Kevin, it would be recommended that the filter is thoroughly inspected to identify if there is a crack in the housing. If the filter checks good, and the leaking continues after the filter has been securely installed, then the failure would be in the filter housing.
