Mike I have a pure source 3 water filtration system. When you try to dispense water it leaks out around the water filter. Would this be caused by a possibly bad o-ring on the filter itself or possibly something else internal to the system itself?
Answer Mike, It could be due to a "bad" O ring it may have slipped out of position when the filter wa inserted into the filter head, you may want to try reinserting the filter back into the housing, and make sure it seats and locks into position properly, otherwise the problem would be in the filter head assembly 242009604.
