Jack M. for Model Number FFSS2615TS0 I have a brand new refrigerator and the first time we used the filtered water dispenser a drip started inside the refrigerator. A pool of water at the bottom of the refrigerator. Best I can tell, the hose going up to the filter is leaking. After turning off the water for a day the leak had stopped by the time I turned it back on. The ice maker works fine and doesn't impact the leak. Any help?
Answer Hello Jack, Being under full manufacturers' warranty, the best option, in this case, is to call the manufacturer or authorized servicing dealership for service and have them correct the issue. The water lines need to be completely installed into the filter head fittings and the lines verified not to be ruptured or leaking. The filter head should also be verified good. Read More...
