Jo Ann for Model Number Refrigerator Water Filter part WF3CB I can't get the old filter out. Last time I replaced the filter I did as instructed, pushed the filter and it popped out. This time it will not come out. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to get it out? Thanks!
Answer Jo Ann, it is possible that there may be a pressure build-up preventing the filter from being able to unlock. If the water supply is turned off and any water is dispensed, this can relieve pressure build-up to assist with this occurrence. If this does not correct the issue, it is likely that the water filter base has seized up completely and would need to be replaced. Read More...
