Answer Terry, You will need to recruit a helping hand to help check for voltage at the water valve. Have someone depress the actuator paddle for water while you are checking the water valve for 120 VAC. If you receive voltage and no water at the dispenser and no lines or water tank frozen then the valve is the most likely problem. Read More...
