Tj for Model Number PLD2855RFC1 Running a NORMAL WASH (96min), there is a "HO" delay for approximately 10 min within the last 25 min of the wash cycle. Upon completion of the wash, the dishes are not drying adequately. Are these issues related? What is the solution? (Heating element measures 15 ohms. Thermostat test shows continuity. Control panel test cycle steps through as described in the chart)thanks
Answer TJ, The HO code that is showing is a water heating delay which means that the unit had to pause because the water coming into the unit was not adequately hot enough. The water not being hot enough can also cause the unit to not dry properly as it takes more time for the heater to get the dishes hot enough to disperse the moisture. Also you will want to make sure that you are using a rinse aid in the unit or a detergent with rinse aid but not both. Make sure that the water temperature coming into the unit is at least 125 degrees. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, April 2, 2015
