Hi Sharef. Under the lower wash arm there is a gray trap that you lift up and out. Then you take the white support and twist/ lift at the same time to remove. There is a 3" filter basket under here that you need to clean . Also clean the large silver screen to clean. Clean , Clean , Clean is the name of the game. Is the spray arm full of debri's in the jet holes? Take a pick tool and rinse clean the wash arm. There shouldnt be a piece of anything broken. You need to make sure all is clean in the sump/ pump assembly. Thank you.
