Hi. Use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to assist you in your diagnostics. Make sure all terminal block 240/120vac wires are snug and have proper voltage. If you are referring to the bake element part # 316225001 and the broil element part # 316203200 then I would ohm out each one and make sure the wires to them are not loose or shorted out. If the clock /control relays are not sending the voltage to the elements then replace it. Clock part # 316455420. Thank You.
