Question 1) Can I leave the large switch in for the right rear burner, or do I need to put the other switch in there? 2) Since there is no replacement speed heat switch, would it not be possible to simply wire that left front (speed heat) burner like another infinite heat burner, and use the other new switch to do that? Again, does it matter whether I use the small or large switch? Both the left front and right rear elements appear to be the same size. Thanks, Mark
Answer Hello Mark. 1). Since the manufacturer did not advise this part is compatible we are unable to suggest that you may use it in it's place. More than likely it will not function correctly with that switch. 2). We cannot recommend that you modify the electrical components or systems of the unit safely. Yes it does and that is why the manufacturer provides equivalent compatible parts. We cannot supply or advise on how to make any other switch work. Hope this makes sense, thanks! Read More...
