Jimmy for Model Number PFSS6PKXESS Fridge is leaking water. Upon inspection found buld up of ice under criper tray. Removed panel and found drip tray under condenser was not necessarily clogged up but all frozen up. Coils were ok and not frozen. Defrosted everything and made sure water poured into drip tray made its into pan at bottom of fridge. BTW when i started the bottom tray by fan was almost dry. Two months later I have the same problem. Leaking water and ice buildup under crisper tray. Im guessing its defrosting but not completely? What parts do I try? Sensors?
Answer Jimmy, On the back of the unit, there will be a drain tube, remove this drain tube and inside there should be a black valve that looks like a duckbill. Remove this and it should correct the issue of the drain clogging. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, April 7, 2020
