Carl for Model Number PFSS9PKYASS Compressor is running and refrigerator compartment is cooling normally. Freezer is not cooling, and the evaporator in the freezer compartment is not iced up or even cold. Ice maker is also not cold. Refrigerator is at 38 degrees, freezer is at 66 degrees. The Bi-Metal defrost sensor is working (closed below about 80 degrees, open above). What could cause this condition?
