David D for Model Number GSL25JFPABS Initially the compressor would not come on. Replaced main control board. Compressor on and freezer side temp fine but refrigerator side too cold. The damper does open and close but remains open too long resulting temp too low in fresh food side. Checked all 3 thermistors @ 32 degrees and they are in specs 16.3 k ohms. Even setting temp control on 2 it is still 32 degrees. Is the board assembly encoder bad?
Answer David, You will want to make sure that you followed the instructions that came with the control board about clipping the wire on the J2 connector.
