Dave for Model Number GKSR2120DAWW is the capacitor (part # WH12X10462) used to start both low and high speed on a dual speed motor..no problem with agitator but intermittent spin cycle...sometimes spins fast,sometimes slow and at times not at all...(motor gets very hot during this cycle) have replaced motor,and belt, checked switches etc. can engage spin cycle if manually turn belt and drive

But based on your information, the capacitor is not the issue, first, they either work or don't work, are good or not good. They usually aren't intermittent.
