New Customer for Model Number GTH15BBRERWW Where should the temperature control be set? This refrigerator is in a rental unit, and was not keeping food cold enough so have it set at between 3 and 4 which has improved the refrigerator temperature slightly. The freezer does not freeze bread - where is the temperature control for the freezer? I don't know how old this unit is - can you advise if it is still current or how old it might be? Thanks for your help!
Answer Hello. Usually middle is the recommended setting from the manufacturer. Look for an even frost pattern on the evaporator coils.
