Daniel for Model Number GTH18EBC2RWW The freezer works... down to -50F. The refrigerator stays at 50+ up to 60 degrees. I ordered and replaced Temperature Control Thermostat WR09X20002 / AP5806677 #WR09X20002 There is no improvement except Freezer is 0 at the set here line (about half way to ice crystal on controller) What should I do next? Answer Daniel, it is recommended that the vents going from the freezer to the refrigerator are inspected for ice blockage. If there is ice blocking a vent, it would need to be cleared and the defrost drain would need to be cleared of any clogs it would have. Read More...
