Michael, to adjust the oven and regulator, you would need to install the orifices and make an adjustment to the regulator itself. First you will need to disconnect the power and turn of the gas valve so that the unit does not have gas flow to it. From there you will want to access your regulator and you will see that it has a "cap" on it. Remove the cap and then you will see the spring retainer inside of your regulator. You will want to turn this retainer around so that the flat side is facing up towards the cap. You will then put the cap back on and with the natural gas orifices installed you should be all set.
