Helen K. for Model Number TBH21DPE The part no I need is WR9X436 and the model no is TBH21DPE. It is a 12 hour defrost timer. Your website lists the part no as WR09X0436 and the model no as TBH21DPERAD but this a 6 hour timer. I don't know if the "RAD" makes a difference. Using your part and model no it says it is compatible but I need to be sure because how can a 6 hour timer be a substitute for a 12 hour timer? Pls help.
