Ed for Model Number dpsr473ew1ww The dryer is making loud a squeaking noise. It looks like the drum bearing is bad and worn. Do I need new bearing and glides? Looking from front of the dryer with top removed, left side of bearing is cracked.
Answer Hi Ed. The rear drum bearing will need to also be changed because you will need to keep the drum square to the front panel assembly. This part # is WE25M40. The front drum bearing assembly is part # WE3M26. Front Drum Bearing - Front drum bearing for GE made dryers. Glides are not included. For white glide use WE03X37318.
