T.T. for Model Number GE Dryer DWSR463EG6WW Dryer is squeaking. We changed the slides but then noticed the dryer drum front support is cracked in several places. We just wanted to make sure we ordered the correct part and needed to know if there is anything else we should replace.
Answer Hello T.T., If the front drum support (AP3790641) is cracked, it should be replaced and the rear bearing assembly (AP2619300) should also be replaced since this is the cause of most squeaking in this design.
