Pandya for Model Number JGP933SEF1SS The left-back burner doesn't show the spark and hence the burner isn't working (rest of 3 burners are working). How do I replace ignitor on JGP933SEF1SS GE gas cooktop? Thank you in advance.
Answer Hello Pandya. Try turning on another burner with the left back and see if the left back will light then. If so, the spark switch WB18T10339 is bad and not the igniter. If it still does not light, test the igniter and see if it is good. It may be a bad spark module WB13X46909. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
