Anthony Anthony here again. Just for your information. I got a WB44X5043 to replace an old WB44X144. It does not work. The element is smaller. The prongs do not line up with the socket. The Hotpoint oven is over 50 years old. It is in very good shape except for this element. Hate to have to buy a new oven. Isn't there some place that I can get a WB44X144 three pronged element?
