John for Model Number GSD2200Z02AD First I noticed that the dishes weren't getting clean. Then I opened the door during the wash cycle and saw that there was not enough water in the bottom. Then I listened during the fill phase right after I set the dial to "start", and I can hear it start to fill and then almost immediately drain. Still filling, then drain again. I checked the flood float, and it is not fouled nor stuck in the up position. If I lift it, I can hear a click. Up, click, down, click. Even though the switch is clicking, I suspect that the flood switch has gone bad. Should I replace the flood switch, or do you think it is something else? Thanks, John
Answer Hello John. It sounds like the drain solenoid WD21X802 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. It is not closing all the way. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, September 12, 2013
