Hello Jason. You need to check inside the sump assembly. If it is not clogged there, put the hose into a bucket and see if the drain pump is pumping enough to remove all the water in the tub. If there is power to the drain pump, and it does not pump fast enough, you will need to replace the pump. If it pumps a good stream, them the board may be turning it off to early. Keep in mind, no dishwasher will completely drain all the water. It is normal for some water to remain in the sump assembly.
