Kevin for Model Number DHDSR46EE1WW Hello, my dryer does not appear to be heating at a high enough output. I pulled the unit out of the area it was in and the floor was soaking wet. That is not an exageration. While cleaning all of the lint out I noticed that it was also drenched. I cleaned everything I could get my hands or a shopvac into. Any ideas what happened and is it fixed now that I cleaned it?
Answer Hello Kevin. If the dryer is in a room where it is really cold, you are dealing with condensation in the dryer. You will need to move the dryer to where the dryer vent can get plenty of sun light to dry the moisture inside the unit after a drying cycle. Hope this helps. Read More...
