Lou C for Model Number DBSR453EB3WW How can I be sure that the heating element is defective? I checked the power cord and the circuit breaker. Is there anything else I can do before buying the part, and are there any return options if the part doesn't fix the problem?.
Answer Hello Lou. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer. Also check the heater and thermal fuses and see if they are good. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity. We do offer a 45 day return policy. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, March 28, 2011
