Patrick, the heating element circuit can be tested at the main control. With the power disconnected from the unit, at connection J703 pin 1 to pin 2 there should be a reading of 23.4 ohms. If there is no resistance reading, then you will want to test the thermal cut off for continuity. If the T.C.O. tests good for continuity, then you will want to test the resistance of the element directly at the element. If there is no resistance at the element, then the element is bad. If there is resistance then there is a break in the wiring. If all of this test good, then the most likely issue is that the main control is not operating properly.
