Blake for Model Number TFX25PRYFBB Whenever I open the Refrigerator Door, (not the freezer door) halfway during the opening process the door drop down like about quarter inch and makes a grinding sound, also when closing it makes the same sound, its seems to be coming from the lower hinge is that something I can fix?
Answer Blake it does sound as though you've got a problem with the part called the riser. WR13X10020 is a kit that comes with the pieces I believe you'll find to be the problem. Remove the top hinge of the door and it will lift off, you'll then be able to see the lower hinge and determine if this is the problem. Thanks. Read More...
