Will, If "My refrigerator door literally fell off" you'll also need to check and verify the door hinge WR13X10020 isn't damaged or the "cup" in the bottom of the door isn't worn out as well.

I bought these 3 parts: shim cam, door stop, cam riser from you. But not sure what needs replacing. the door opens and closes fine, but the door doesn't get pulled back in to close, which results in it being left open if door is not pushed all the way closed. The cam riser on my door is rivited in so not sure how to replace it with the new one. Do i have the right parts to fix the problem or maybe need different ones? Here are the parts i bought. shim cam WR2X7490 hinge cam riser WR02X10140 door stop WR2X7213 Thank you. johnyochim

Hello John, The lower hinge cam comes as an assembly with the lower hinge WR13X10020. The cam that you have is the upper cam for the bottom of the door. If the door is not closing properly due to bad cam you should replace both. In most cases both of them wear and cause this type of issue.

Blake it does sound as though you've got a problem with the part called the riser. WR13X10020 is a kit that comes with the pieces I believe you'll find to be the problem. Remove the top hinge of the door and it will lift off, you'll then be able to see the lower hinge and determine if this is the problem. Thanks.

Hi Ted. This is a relatively simple task. More time consuming then difficult.Remove food or ice from inner door panel. Remove the top door hinge cover. Remove power. Disconnect the electrical plugs. Then mark the hinge placement (easier for realignment). Remove the hinge. Lift the door completely off the lower hinge. Then replace the cam riser and lightly use white grease on the moving pieces. Hinge cam riser part # WR02X10140. On the lower freezer door hinge, you may need to press inward on the John Guess fitting outer clips to release the fountain control water line. Thank You.
