Richard for Model Number GTE21GTHCC Will be buying a new refrigerator as referenced below. Currently have a ice maker kit which is a UK-KIT-2 bought 5 years ago for a GE-TBX20DG refrigerator. Will this older ice maker work on the new refrigerator? Looks like it should.
Answer Hello Richard, Since the UKKIT2 icemaker kit has been discontinued by the manufacturer, I could pull no information on it. As long as the icemaker will plug into the jack and the fill tube sits properly over the fill flume it should work even though the IM4D icemaker kit is recommended by the manufacturer. Read More...
