Chris C for Model Number GTH18CBC2RBB I bought a IM4D ice maker + Install Kit from HD. It works, but very slowly maybe 15 cubes per day. The ice is clear, frozen solid, and large, but just very few. I called customer service and they say I need IM6D. They say the IM4D won't work at all, which it definitely does and all stores carry it. Any help?
