Frank W. On the back of the refrigerator it calls for a m4 Icemaker and I was sent a M6. The icemaker I was sent has 5 prones and the freezer only has a two prone receptor. What do I need to do to make this work or do I need to send it back?
Answer Hello Frank. The IM4 is no longer made and they use the IM6 kit in it's place. You will need to use the wiring harness in the kit for your model to make it work. There are instructions included with the kit that tells you how to do this. It should have everything in the kit IM6D to hook the new icemaker up to the refrigerator. Hope this helps. Read More...
