Cindy for Model Number PTC22SBMARBS Our model GE Profile refrigerator with the referenced model number currently has a model IM-4A icemaker. This icemaker has ceased working. We want to replace it with the IM6 model, which appears to be same. The website, however, tells us that this icemaker is for new installations only and cannot be used to replace the broken IM-4A. Why is this? Isn't it possible to install the IM6? It looks just like the IM-4A which is currently in the refrigerator. Our refrigerator does NOT have the in-door dispenser but it is located in the above door freezer section . Thanks for your help.
