Thelma, The unit will want to be check to see if there is power getting to the water valve solenoid that is designated for the dispenser. If there is the power to the dispenser then it would be recommended to check to see if water comes out at the bottom of the door. If there is water that comes from the tube under the refrigerator when the lever is pushed then this would be a frozen water line in the door and the only way to correct this is to replace the door.
