Phu V. for Model Number PSS26SGPASS The lock control on freezer door Dispenser Control Board (WR55X10415) is locked and cannot unlock it. I've tried many times to hold it for 3 seconds to unlock it but it does not solve the problem. Will replacing the board will fix it?
Answer Phu Vo, If you're following the U/C manual instructions " Press and hold the LOCK CONTROL pad for 3 seconds to lock the dispenser and control panel. To unlock, press and hold the pad again for 3 seconds " Then, yes you will need to replace the WR55X10298 / WR55X10298 Interface Disp Asm (BLk). The part is in stock and available at this time.
